The consumers can call the Toll Free Bharat Gas complaint number for complaints, suggestions and queries. This is a 24x7 service available all over the country. The call is transferred to the Call Centre Executive during 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and to IVRS between 8 p.m. to 8 a.m. A unique call ID is given to the consumer on registering a complaint, query or suggestion. The caller can check the status anytime of their call providing the same unique call id. The caller does not have to pay for using this service.
Preferred Time Delivery Scheme
The Preferred Time Delivery Scheme has been lunched as a part of constant effort to provide ease to the consumer through Bharat Gas complaint number. The facility has been started with the consumers in Kolkata, Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Hyderabad, Bengaluru and Pune including the neighboring cities as well including Noida, Gurgaon, Ghaziabad, Faridabad, Thane, Sonepat, Mira Bhayander, Kalyan, Navi Mumbai, etc. As per the future plans, the scheme is proposed to be available for all towns which have a population of 10 lakhs.
